Your responsibilities

As a European Contract Manager you would be responsible to manage major contracts. You will set the basics within the Brink’s Company to properly organize contract management at EU level. Furthermore you are responsible for drafting the terms and conditions in contracts and ensuring compliance, in close cooperation with Legal, Operations and Sales, as well as documenting and agreeing on any changes or amendments that may arise during the contract term.

In this role you work across multiple teams and with different stakeholders. You are a part of our acceleration center. This team is fully committed to create, rollout and deliver new services and (technology-driven) payment solutions for International Retailers worldwide. It is a divers, dynamic and innovative team, that is characterized by a start-up mentality within a big corporate organization. 

Your responsibilities:

  • You will be working closely with cross-functional stakeholders to draft and develop customer-facing, contractual agreements. You will also be interacting with our customers and subcontractors in Europe
  • Prepare, review, update, edit and revise a variety of contracts, from Master Agreements to Local Services Agreements and Schedules that are connected to the contracts
  • Ensure all contract documents are accurate, legally correct (in accordance with local law and regulations) and well maintained
  • Serve as the key point of contact between a business, sub vendors and customer to ensure timely review and approval, through a clear and easy process
  • Perform risk analysis review for all contractual documents and recommend mitigating options
  • Participate in commercial presentations, bids and implementation projects


Your qualities

Furthermore we ask:

  • Bachelor work and think level 
  • At least two years relevant work experience as a contract manager or in a legal working environment  
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English, any additional language is a plus
  • Exemplify a strong attention to detail
  • Superior organizational skills 
  • Experience and/or affinity with legal affairs is a big plus
