Your responsibilities

As Customer Onboarding Manager, you are the coordinator and point of contact for our new European customers during the Customer Onboarding phase. You are also the link between the departments to lead and successfully complete the Customer Onboarding of various customers in Europe (in parallel). You will work across multiple teams and with different stakeholders to implement new European customers.

In this role you will be a part of our BAC (Brink’s Acceleration Center) team, which is fully committed to create, rollout and deliver new services and (technology-driven) payment solutions for International Retailers. 

Your responsibilities

  • Implementing new European contracts and solutions according to the agreed criteria and timelines
  • Functions as a liaison between the various departments (e.g. Operations, Product development and Sales within the BAC)
  • You are responsible for setting up, coordinating and continuing the projects for the benefit of the customer solutions
  • Creates Customer Onboarding plans and schedules which you will present to all stakeholders, both internal and external, and customers
  • You are responsible for the periodic creation and delivery of reports on progress and quality of all the Customer Onboardings and the process itself

You are an independent, proactive go-getter who thinks in terms of solutions. Challenges and change give you energy. You are a real team player who easily makes contacts and can switch between teams at any level.

Furthermore we ask:

  • A minimum of 3+ years of relevant experience in a similar role, preferably internationally oriented
  • Bachelor/Masters Degree or equivalent experience
  • Project management and business process skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. Dutch a plus
  • Ability to travel on occasion
