Jouw verantwoordelijkheden
As Implementation Manager, you are the coordinator and point of contact for our new European customers during the implementation phase. You are also the link between the departments to lead and successfully complete the implementation of various customers in Europe (in parallel). You are able to set up and lead a project team in order to achieve agreed objectives. You are responsible for the successful and timely implementation, reporting, signaling and operationalisation of the European customer solutions.
Your responsibilities:
- Implementing new European contracts and solutions according to the agreed criteria and timelines
- Functions as a liaison between the various departments (e.g. Operations, Product development and Sales within the BAC)
- Coordinates activities across Europe with both internal departments and external suppliers
- You are responsible for setting up, coordinating and continuing the projects for the benefit of the customer solutions
- You identify risks, work on a solution for these risks and monitor the progress
- Ensures clear communication, both internally and externally
- You work on continuous improvement of the implementation process to ensure the process runs smoother and quicker with every new implementation
- Creates implementation plans and schedules which you will present to all stakeholders, both internal and external, and customers
- You are responsible for the periodic creation and delivery of reports on progress and quality of all the implementations and the process itself
Jouw kwaliteiten
Requirements:
- HBO certificate and a minimum of 4 years of work experience as an Implementation Manager, preferably European or internationally oriented
- Experience and knowledge of business processes and project management
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English, any additional language is a big plus;
- Excellent communication skills and an effective communicator
- Proactive and enthusiastic ‘self-starter’
- Structured
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects with shifting (short term) deadlines
- Hands-on mentality and creative problem solving abilities
- You are able to effectively achieve goals independently and convey these to your project team and all stakeholders (internally and externally)
- Ability to travel on occasion
