Your responsibilities

As Strategic Partner Manager, you will play a key role in contracting and managing strategic suppliers in Europe. Together with these partners you will be able to create a European wide coverage of our services. You will be working closely with Contract-, Implementation-, Service Management and Global Sourcing.

In this role you will be a part of our acceleration center. This team is fully committed to create, rollout and deliver new services and (technology-driven) payment solutions for International Retailers worldwide. It is a divers, dynamic and innovative team, that is characterized by a start-up mentality within a big corporate organization. 

Your responsibilities:

  • Realize effective collaborations, through efficient partner management, between Brink’s and the subcontractors
  • Capable of realizing Partner management and can produce realistic SLA's which fit into our (long-term) strategy
  • You work together with the team to make contracts with a long term vision and manage/develop it
  • You manage everything that contains KPI's and SLA's within the contract together with Operations
  • You are able to recognize risks in our partner contracts, are able to manage them and minimize the risks. Also you are able to communicate them to our contractors and internallyYou create partnerships with new and existing contractors.
  • You are an entrepreneur for finding new contractors to extend our market/footprint in Europe
  • You facilitate audits to maintain the quality of our contractors and respond to that internally and externally


Your qualities

An European Partner Manager who is capable of building and maintaining a strong and long lasting relationship with our European partners. You easily take control and have analytical insight to understand structures and customer needs.

Furthermore we ask:

  • 3 years of relevant work experience with partner/vendor management or operational processes in an international environment
  • A bachelor or master degree in business administration or logistics
  • The ability to understand business processes and (product) structures, and design and model them into effective CPQ solutions
  • Knowledge and understanding of sales and business processes
  • Fluency in English, in both speaking and writing. Dutch and other additional language is a plus
