Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

We are seeking a seasoned and self-motivated Executive Assistant to support the Leadership Team of our Northern Europe Market Unit. This role is pivotal in coordinating a wide range of administrative and organizational activities, enabling senior leaders to focus on strategic and operational priorities.

You will oversee complex calendar management, cross-time-zone meeting scheduling, and end-to-end travel coordination. Additionally, you’ll prepare executive-level presentations and reports, and manage the logistics of leadership meetings, events, and offsites.

The role supports both the Regional Director and key functional leads (HR, Finance, Legal, Operations), requiring strong oversight of responsibilities, proactive schedule alignment, and clear stakeholder communication. Ensuring that information flows efficiently, with the right tone and audience, is essential.

You will also help ensure compliance with governance policies by handling NDAs, contracts, and sensitive communications with discretion. Monitoring KPIs and supporting timely reporting across teams is a key responsibility.

This dynamic environment demands agility. Priorities shift quickly, and success in this role means staying organized, composed, and forward-thinking under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-level administrative, calendar, and travel support to the leadership team.
  • Coordinate international meetings and prepare executive-level presentations and reports.
  • Organize meetings, events, and offsites including all logistics and documentation.
  • Align agendas across regions and functions; act as a central liaison point.
  • Support governance by handling contracts, NDAs, and sensitive communications discreetly.
  • Track KPIs and reporting deadlines; consolidate inputs and follow up as needed.

Jouw kwaliteiten

This role requires more than just operational excellence. The ideal candidate combines sharp organizational skills with a proactive mindset and a high level of discretion. Clear communication, flexibility, and the ability to navigate shifting priorities with composure are essential in supporting a fast-moving leadership team.

We’re looking for someone who not only keeps things running, but also anticipates needs, connects the dots across functions, and brings structure where it’s needed most. A true professional who thrives in complexity and takes ownership with confidence.

  • 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably in an international setting supporting senior leadership.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
  • Proactive, discreet, communicatively strong, and service-oriented.
  • Able to prioritize effectively, navigate complexity, and stay composed under pressure.
  • Fluent in English; Dutch is a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint).

Ons aanbod

At Brink’s, we value our people. In this role, you can expect a competitive and comprehensive employment package that reflects the seniority and impact of the position. We offer a dynamic, international work environment where you’ll have the autonomy to drive change and the support to grow. You'll join a committed team of professionals working on meaningful, high-impact projects.

You’ll benefit from:

  • A results-driven and collaborative culture.
